GM Cherniaev wins February blitz!

The February edition of our FIDE Blitz was held last night at the Cumberland Club. The number of entries virtually doubled on the day, taking the total to 37 competitors!

GM Alex Cherniaev scored 6/6 to win the event and £36, ahead of Ben Keohane and Gary Senior, who won the second prize (£18) and highest Hendon Member prize (£20) respectively. Congratulations to them!

Well done also to Avy Dasgupta, who scored a creditable 4½/6.
